Jake began his real estate career in 2009 as an on-site property manager for a 48-unit apartment complex in Kansas City, Missouri. Since then, he has diversified his investments across various real estate asset types and strategies.

Currently, Jake specializes in alternative assets and high-ticket sales within the private equity fund sector. In 2022, he oversaw the allocation of over $82 million in bridge debt products for new developments and redevelopments across the Carolinas, Colorado, and Savannah, GA.

Jake holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and has pursued advanced studies in Commercial Real Estate Development at Cornell University, Private Equity Alternatives at Harvard University, and Negotiation at the University of Notre Dame.

Single Family Portfolio

Since 2009 my primary investment model has been the operation of single family rentals. Over the years my portfolio hovered around 20 properties at any given time. My investment model has always been to purchase distressed assets and reposition them for long term holds of 5-7 years. ​

As a vertically integrated company, I handled all maintenance and management in house. This enabled me to speak and manage more effectively because we've personally handled every aspect of real estate acquisition, management and maintenance.
